The sessions of the association will be held In the Pythian castle on Wash ington and Second street The O. R. A N. railroad has given an excursion rate for the Baker meeting and Coun ty Superintendent Smith states that In his opinion there will be at least 400 teachers present Already preparations are on foot In La Grande and all Union county, in fact, for general attendance at these meetings. The event is one annually attended by as many teachers as pos sible.
