Tomorrow . -afternoon the .'Union
county Sunday school convention con
venes in this city to be' In session for
two days. The Elgin, Summervllle
and Imbler delegations to the conven
tion will arrive on . tonight's train,
while the Union, Cove and North Pow
der delegates are not' due until tomor
row morning. The matter of enter
tainment has been properly attended
to by committees from the various
churches of the clty and excepting
Wednesday noon and evening, the del
egates will be sent to various city
homes. On Wednesday noon the din
ner will be In the nature of a basket
affair and every one Is invited to bring
a dinner basket to the Christian
church. The same system will be
adopted in the evening of that day.
It Is thought this wijl prove a splendid
opportunity for the delegates and en
tertaining Sunday school workers to
get acquainted. Following Is the pro
