the young man whose mysterious dls-
appearance Monday, while his father
was telephoning ,u sister, had arouseO
fears of an attack of Insanity, was lo
cated by his father last evening lit
Umatilla, and brought back to this
city late this afternoon.
Young Boner took advantage of his
father's engagement In the telephone
booth to disappear. Ho walked to
Bnrnhart, whence he took a freight
to Umatilla. The father with Deputy
Sheriff Joe lllnkeley, went as far as

the oath of the applicant or his attor
ney, and be filed with the board dur
ing the first week it Is by law required
to be In session, and any petition or
application not so made, verified, and
filed, shall not be considered or acted
upon by the board." (Chapter 266,
Section 4, Page 451, Sessions Laws of
1907.)

for a period of 30 days, unless the
work coming before said body shall be
completed sooner.
