the decision of Circuit Judge Bean of

that the intricate tracks that now run
from the Palmer mill to the company's

Roadmaster Bollins, accompanied by

Wallowa. The trip was made by rali
to the first city, but from there the
trip was made by team. The purpose
of the visit is to inspect the right of

sites at Enterprise and Joseph. It Is
planned for the officials to return to
this city some time late tonight, the
return trip by rail being scheduled to

Denver, Col., Sept. 11. Colorado
republican politicians are gathering
today In advance of the stole conven
tion of the party, which will be h( Id
tomorrow. The democrats held their
convention In Pueblo rather vaillir in
the week, and the polltlcul campulgn
wilt soon be on In full blmt.
Leaders of both parties ore exhibit
ing a great deul of confidence. Many
bitter criticisms have be-n directed at
the Rev. Henry Buchtel since he be
came the republican governor of Colo
rado and personalities wilt likely fig
ure largely In the fight.
Republican politicians express the
conviction that Taft Is certain to carry

state. In 1896 the Nubraskan
the overwhelming plurality of 134,882. '
In 1500 the democratic plurality was
29,031, and. In 1904 Roosevelt carried
the state by 34,582. There Is no doubt
that the personal popularity ',, of the
president was largoly responsible for
the lirge vote ne received. .; While both
Taft and Et-yan have many devoted
adherents, neither are able to arouse
the enthusiasm of .the voters as did
Roosevelt. ; . , , M
Whether Colorado's electoral , vote
shall be cast for Bryan or Taft is still
nucertain, and until the votes are
counted next November, Colorado will
remain In the ranks of the doubtful
states, to be claimed by both sides.
The Hearst party vote will not cut any
figure, but tha socialists claim to have
greatly increased the number of their
adherents in the last few years, and
the strength of that party may prove
a surprise., There is also considerable
prohibition sentiment in the state,
which is HUely to crystallze Into votes
for Chafin. '

months with a summer cold so dis

business. I had many of the symp

I took several medicines which seem
ed to only aggravate my case. For
tunately I Insisted upon having Fo

cured me. My wife has since used
