San Francisco, Aug. 28. Fifty-one
members, of the crew of 68 went down
with the British' steamer Duncrlne,
which was caught In a typhoon off the
coast of China, according to a cable
gram received at the Merchant's Ex
change today. She sank so quickly
the men below deck were caught on
their way up and drowned. j

for Saigon, Indo-Chlna, and was orf
