This building Is considered by many
as the most artistic state building ever

land Commercial club will send one

The show will open September 21 and

President William P. Stark and
three members of the Missouri state
hoard of horticulture will spend two
entire weeks In Oregon before they
complete their tour of the state. The
name of Stark Is well known to every
fruitgrower In America, and the good
opinion of these gentlemen Is worth
much to the state.
The great Irrigation districts of Mal
heur and Klf.math counties were rep
resented In Portland this week by
Messrs. W. H. Duollttlo. secretary of
the Ontario Commercial club, and R.
H. Dunbar, t-crutary of .the Klamath
Falls chamber of commerce.

Three weeks from today the morn
ing air will waft the call of the school
bell. The summer vacation Is practi
cally over, and from now antll Sep
tember 14, absent students and teach
ers will be returning to their winter's
work.
There will be many radical changes
in two of the school buildings. The
North Side school will be completely
equipped by that time. Another no
ticeable change In the school system
Is at the central building, where the

on that floor will be set aside for as

much better arrangement than the
