Arrangements for the funeral of the
late Abraham Eades. who died in Spo
kane yesterday, are still unsettled.
The body was held at Bpokane to await
Instruction from La Grande people,
but a delay in delivery is responsible
for the Instructions not reaching Bpo
kane unltl this morning at a time
when It was too late to get the body
off on the morning train. As a result
it is not likely that the remains will
arrive here tonight In the event that
they should, the funeral will be held
from the church tomorrow forenoon.
Local friends of the deceased are un
decided today as to whether or, not
the funeral will be htfld tomorrow
morning in the event that the re
mains come In on the morning train
from Bpokane.
