The rifle team chosen to represent
Oregon in the national contest at
Camp Perry, Ohio, will leave Portland
Sunday for the east. The team has
bea practicing on the Polk county
range, and the team work Is almost
perfect.-' The opinion is general that
the team this year is the strongest thai
has ever represented Oregon In the na

The party will consist of almost 20
men. Besides the IS men on the first
team, there will be three alterniui, a
team coach, team captain and team
spotter.
