ond cutting of alfalfa is Just going in;
grain harvest Is Just beginning, and,
though a little short of a' full crop,
still promises well. Sugar heets, the
distinctive crop of this valley, are
making an excellent growth, and their
care Is furnishing employment to t
large number of people.

Mrs. Julius Mullor, wife .. of lhe

Telocaset recently, left the hospital
yesterday, and last night was at her
home on Second street, surrounded by
her friends. It was a sad home-com
ing for her and yet there never was
misfortune so great- as that ' It had
reached the possible limit. In- the
great loss Mrs. Mullcr has experienced
she has learned the value of human
friendship and heartfelt sympathy and
has found the world full of the milk
of human, kindness. We congratulate
her on her rapid recovery from her
wounds and trust she will , be quite
well soon, that she will again be an
angel of mercy doing good for those
