rheumatism and kidney troubles for

conference at Lenox, Mass., regarding
the government's attitude In the re
cent Standard Oil decision, when the
329,000,000 fine was reversed.
"I am sure of the ultimate success
of the government In this case," said
31ms. "We are going after the case,
hammer and tongs."
He said the government attorneys
who attended the conference were
unanimous that every effort should be
made by the government to secure a
reversal of the verdict setting aside
the Landls fine.
Application for a rehearing will be'
presented to the circuit court by the
government within a few days.
