London, June 21. Advices from
Teheran today state the conditions In
the I'erslan capital a?e worse than
they were yesterday. Pillaging; fight
ing and looting by the shah's troops
continue. Some of the streets are
completely blocked with dead, houses
wrecked and a large portion of the
city In ruins. Drunk with the deeds
of, jresterday, the sultan's troops are
In complete control. wht v -.
women and children were killed by
the soldiers. Many houses are sur
rounded by Cossacks who dynamite
the buildings when tha occupants re
fuse to come out to be shot down.
' Women and children were dragged
from their beds early thla morning by
drunken soldiers, who tortured them
for amusement until they begged to
be killed,. There is no on on the
streets today but Cossacks.
So far the legations of foreign na
tions have not been threatened. It la
understood tha shah has given strict
orders that no foreigners be killed.
Dispatches from the frontier say
the czar Is mobilising troops to be In
readiness to move on Persia ' at any
moment. British and Russians consuls
have demanded the shah to release all
political prisoners and restore order
as soon ns possible. . .
