RESERVOIR
Water Superintendent Oilman clean
ed the city reservoir yesterday, and
today water users may again sprinkle
their lawns and water the gardens.
The work of cleaning the reservoir
was much easier than has been the
case, heretofore. . Mr. Oilman has
placed a e;tae valve In the main about
50 foct below the reservoir, and a
few feet from the valve on the lower

a two-Inch pipe leading back to the
reservoir. With hose and noezle he
able to utilize the pressure In the
main to sulce out the reservoir, the
gate valve being Closed,
