the business streets of the city of
the Lewtston came up before ' the city
) council for final decision at the last
meeting, ana resulted In the selection
of treated wood blocks. The contract
will Involve the paving of Main street
from the river to Thirteenth street,
and other streets In Jhe business dis
trict Flfty-flve thousand yards of
blocks will be used, and the cost win
be over $200,000. ' This paving con- J
tract will be the largest awarded by
any of the northwest cities this year. '
