The cement walks referred to are to
be built In the western section of the
city as soon as those now in existence
needed rebuilding. - The petition for
sidewalks on the North Side will Im
prove the wrecked condition of some
of the walks now an eyesore to the
city In that section. '
Vote for the .increased appropria
tion for the University of Oregon.
Don't brand Oregon as a "moss back"
state. Vots "yes" on election day. The
bill has been endorsed by all to Ore
gon Commercial clubs, teachers' asso
ciations, the Stat Federation of Labor
and the Taxpayers" league of Port-laad.
