Pendleton Defeats Wall Walls.
The baseball game played between
the Walla Walla Wonders and the
Pendleton city team Sunday, proved
the stellar attraction of the day, the
Sunshine aggregation winning by a
conclusive score of 1 to s. AiUiou.
Walla Walla was clearly out of form,
the team made several sensational, al
though ineffectual rallies, provoking
many cheers from the rooters. ,
Blackman, the Wonders' pitcher.
was sick, while Tempany and Harmon
who took his place, were hit frequent

the other hand, brought from the Ore

were nerve rackers. The score by in

A Thousand Dollars' Worth of Good.
A. H. Thurnes, a well brown coal
operator of Buffalo, O,, writes:
have been afflicted with kidney and
bladder trouble for years, ' passing
gravel and stones with excrucalting
pain. I got no relief from medicine
until I began taking Foley's Kidney
Cure, then the result was surprising.
A few doses started the brick dust like
fine stones and now I have no pain
across my kidneys and I feel like
new man. It has done be $1000 worth
of good." A. T. Hill.
