The following advice should ba , ob
served: Postal carda must bear at the head
- of the front the title "Postal Card" or
its equivalent; 'They must be made of
cardboard or thick paper, and "must
. not be Inclosed In an envelope." Pri
vate postal carda need not bear thai
title. Postage stamps should be
placed in the upper right hand cor
ner of the address tide. The right
hand half of the address side Is re
served for the address, postmarks,
etc.; the left-hand half may be used
to contain a message or a picture on
very thin paper, may be panted there;
also a label not exceeding two Inches
by three-quarters of an Inch In also
may be pasted there, On tho back of
the card a picture on very thin paper
. may be parted. With the exception
of pontage utitmps, the labels and the
pictures on very thin paper mentioned
above, nothing may lie attached to a
postal card.

of wood, leather or any material
other than paper or cardboard, are

Rehearsals are progrulng nicely
for the amateur theatrical which takes
place next Saturday night, and though
but a short time in which to perfect
