Eastern railroad, an Illinois Central line, was opened for traffic today between Ba ton Rouge and Covington, a distance of 67 miles. Camm, an aged watchman In a Brldgeton factory, la under sen tence to die In the electric chair this week. The keys of the old watchman were found on Maddox when he waa arrested.
