West of the Sumpter Valley, and he said the report that his road would build to Prlnevllle was not correct, as no extension would be made this year. Mr. Eccles has been considering the advisability of extend ing the road from Hood River and the Sumpter Valley from Austin to meet at Prlnevllle, but the work will not be done this year because of the high price of rails, the condition of labor, and other matters that would affect the work.
