lo find that the two, prisoner in the
eastern portion of the cell were not

Featherson, who was under sentence
of five years for burglary in Mike
Kelson's saloon In Elgin, and Thomas
Mclllmary, also form Elgin, under a
sentence of two years ' for ' larceny.

lumbermen were drinking heavily In
Mike Nelson's saloon and continued
until late In the evening, until closing
time, when Nelson bid them good
