Portland,' Ore., Feb. 8. John Hall,
accused of land frauds and conspiracy
was found guilty this morning by a
- jury which reported at 10 o'clock.
jThe verdict was handed In at 1:30
last night, after about four hours' de-
' liberation.
" Under the federal statutes, consplr-

is punishable by a fine of not more
than $10,000 or by Imprisonment of
