stilled by Julius Roesch, has reached that
stage of completion where a test can be
made of the piping. Saturday this test
was made and with the exception of a few
minor leaks the test was very successful
It is very likaly that within the next three
weeks the plant will be declared in work
ing order.

a pipeline to convey the waters of Beaver
creek, to the city reservoir of said city
for domestic purposes, said bonds to be
sold for not less than the;r par value, and
to bear not to exceed five per cent inter
est per annum.
