tended. It i to be hoped, for the gener
al development of the valley that such
will be the case.
The announcement by the Pacific
Coast Board of Underwriter that in
surance rates in Oregon and Idaho have
been restored to the rates formerly en
joyeo prior to the San Francisco disaster,
will be duly appreciated by the property
owners of these two great common
wealths. It was simply a hold up
scheme from the start But we should
doubtless smile and thank the , powers
that be, that it is no worse.
