Everyone conversant w.th the clerical work of the treasurer's oftice knows that Mr. Frawley has never had any assistance, on the contrary dur- ng tne busy months of the year, when taxes are paid, he worked hours each day overtime and that in all departments the aborer is worthy of his hire. The county treasurer is compelled to give a large bond for :ne handling of the thousands of doiiars that annually go thru his office ana tne salary is not m excess of the duties and responsibilities.
