CLOAK PRICES DROP WITH A CRASH
Elgin, Onion and many rural school
teachers are assembled in the high school
building today and listening to and taking
part in the interesting program that had
been arranged by Superintendent Bragg.
Due to the illness of Mrs. Bragg, the
county superintendent could not be pres
ent at the first session, and(his place was
taken by City Superintendent Hocken
berry. More than fifty teachers were
present when the first session was called
to order this morning. The program con
tained many interesting and instructive
numbers. This afternoon, Mr. Bragg was
able to be present. Following is the
