Bee. 46. He shall have Jurisdiction
of all crimes and offenses defined and
made punishable by any ordinance of
the cl'y. and of actions brought to re
cover or enforce any forfeiture or pen-
slty declared or given by any ordi
nance, which actions shall be tried
without the Intervention of a Jury.
Monthly Statements.
Sec. 46. The Recorder snail mane
