$20,000 which he -.claimed against the
Highland Gold Mine company for serv
ice rendered and upon the assignment of
a claim for money advanced by the vice
president of the concern to paylts debts
and is now virtually ft control of (he
property.
Judge Crawford will proceed to immed
iately redeem the property which was
sold recently at sheriff sale unless' the
company itself, -which is likely to be re
organized, redeem it. In that case he
will be ready to give the property to the
snarenoiher as oon a they can make
arrangement to reimburse him, and pay
me judgment which he now holds on the

Judge Crawford' judgement covers his
claim for attorneys fees, of about $3000

$1600 and about $6000 put up for the

property out of Judge Crawford' hands
