Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Stephenson cele
brated the 50th anniverary of their
marriage oh January 7, at the home of
their daughter. Mrs. E J Cooper, Selby,
California. Mr. and Mrs. Stephenson
were married at Little York, Illinois, Jan
uary 7, 1857; came to Oregon in 1861;
located in La Grande SO years ago. They
are spending the winter in California.
