necessary cuts and fills, from the inter
section of said street with Grundy Ave
nue to trie North line of C street in said

That unless a remonstrance signed by
the owners of not less than two-thirds of
the property abutting said Street between
said points be filed with the Recorder on
or before the 25 day of July. 1 906, said
improvement will be made at the expense
of abutting property owners.
