The Spokane Chronicle ha the follow
ing to ay of the moving picture exhibit
ed in Spokane recently:
Yesterday afternoon the first perform
ance of the moving picture of the San
Francisco fir and the ruins of the strick
en city was shown at the Columbia theater.
The portrayal of the hovao wrought by
the earthquake was vivid and pleased the
audience.
The moving view of the fire itself,
aid to be the only authentic on is ncured,
are good, and by closely watching the
picture the spectator gets a good idea of
conditions as they txtsted in the Cali
fornia metroplis at the time of the devas
tation by fire and eaithquake. The per
formance will be given at the Stewart
Opera House for two nights starting
Tuesday evening June 19.

wit: Making an excavation ten (10) feet
deep and building a cement and concrete
wall in said excavation ten (10) feet
high,, inc uding a space nineteen (19), feet
long, and thirteen (13) feet wide, and

to be each six (6) inches in thickness. In
