The railroad boys are aggitating the holding of another picnic similar to the one held two years ago at Meachem. Th: time they expect to hold it at Kameia. The four orders. Conductors Engineers, Firemen, and Brakemen are confering and if it goes throuph as it surely will special trains will be run from Pendleton Elgin and this city, to the picnic grounds August first has been suggested.
