Hall. His predecessors in office were President Roosevelt and Admiral Dewey. There was a short business session will be held this afternoon. This evening there will be a banquet at Bellevue-Strat-ford. President Roosevelt, Gen. Miles, Gen. Chaffee ant Admiral Dewey will be present at the banquet and President Roosevelt will be the principal speaker. Commander-in-Chief Hall will act as bastmaster.
