Los Angeles April 5 Bittling Nelson
and A. Herrera who meet In a 20 round
battle in this city on May 1 1th have both
spent the day looking for training quart
ers. The dane visiteb the Lucky Baldwin
ranch and Fairview Springs and will
probably pitch camp at one or the other
of these places.
Herrera will locate in a cottage
near Casa Verduso. Nelson leaves for
Cataliha Friday for a day or two of rest.

piled and to the city directory. The re
corder is also instructed to comply with
the rules and law that have been enact
ed defining the duties of his office, and
that in the preparation and present
ation to the council of the reports of
the various officers of the 'city

written on the type writer or in a plain
legible hand, and in proper form for filing
