whether any reojvery could be made, the
company denying their liability for the
accident, and took the mitter up with the
company.
As a result, the company agreed to
settle with Mrs. Heater, the widow of
the dead fireman, for $2500, which ofTor
was accepted and the money will be paid

is no convention for the purpose of adopt
ing a platform and no provision made in
