Hillsboro, Dec. 20. Sidney Brugger,
the half witted youth of fifteen yaars who
held up and killed W. W. Booth last Deo
ember, pleaded guilly to murder in the
second degree and was sentenced, this

charged," such is the verdict brought in
by the jury , in the Hummell case this
afternoon, Hummell' was charged with
conspiracy in connection with the Dodge-
Morse divorce case. Th court imposed
