Jail Escapes
t red r ehrmann, who has heen held in
the Morrow county jail the past few
week on a charge of wife-beating, made
hit second escape from the jail Tuesday
night by digging through the stone wall
of the prison. Fred Creighton, who was
lodged in jail Monday evening on a charge
of burglary, also escaped. The method
of escape was identical with Fehrmann's
first break. He dug through the stone
wall, which is eighteen inches thick. But
he did not attempt to go out at the same
place as before, which in the' meantime
had been repaired. This time the hole
was on the south side of the jail at the
edge of the barred window. The other
time he went out on the east side. Hep
