Frank Page, an employee at Fisber
fc Chandlers saw mill near Elgin, was
struck by a piece ol a broken wheel
laat Saturday, and so seriously injured
Ibat he died within a few hours there
after. The dying iron struck him ia
the side, taking with it a part of his
liver. The deceased was about forty
five years of age, and leaver a wife
nd two children. The funeral took
place yesterday .

by carrying concealed weapons. He

laid that, while he esteemed Mr Fun
ston, there was no doubt of hie guilt.
