Recorder the Mayor's latter be 'stated
that the reason thia warrant bad not
been preaented with the other warrants
to the Mayor waa that this account
bad been assigned to Meeaers Fowler
and Bohnenkamp by Mr Morrla and
the warrant had bean delivered to Mr
Fowler.

this warrant. Owing to the fact that
aeveral of Mr Morris creditor were
trying to secure their debt through the
