membership. Tbe attendance and La
terest at these meetings are a surprise
to many. Many are Inquiring the way

received here from Warsaw reports a
fight between a number of biga school
girls and the polioe. The fight be
came so vigorous that a company of
Cossacks were called out to drive them
home. The girls were assisted In
their warfare by their mothers. The
Cossacks used their knouts opoa tbe
girls wblc'a so enraged the school boys
that they too took a hand in the battle
in defense of the girls.. Three hundred
arrests have been made as a result of
the trouble.
