Trokee, Cal Jan 30 Fifteen drunken
workmen played havoc with the Floris

there has been illfeeling between the
manager, Glenn, and the boaders, the
latter threatening bodily injury to the
manager. At ttie supper table last
night, the manager rebuked the men
for load talking, whereupon they left
the table, went to the offloe and de
manded whisky, but were refused.
Three of the men then grabbed Glenn,
shoved bin oat of tbe window and
helped themselves to the liquors, broke
the bottle goods and spilled the rest.
They broke the bar furniture and
threw the stove through the window,
turned the billard table over and
smashed the chairs and counters.
Tiiey climaxed their work by breaking
every glass in the first floor of the
building and then went up the hill
and rolled big booiders down against
the building Word was passed to
destroy the goode in the store, but
guards were replaced and the mob
repulsed and gotten nndel control.
