Prohibition Election The attention of the Prohibitionist of Union county, Oregon is called - to the county convention lobe held in La Grande, March 9, 1904. The convention will, be called to order at 10 o'clock a in at the den tral Courob of Christ corner of Wasu ington Avenue, and Depot Street. Mrs. Liouard was 84 years of age and was )ne of the respected pioneers cf the Willamette vallry having crossed tbi .plains witn her husband in 1848 set tling near Hiliertun where they have oontiniously resided.
