Getting your Christmas tree is an
annual tradition; here’s where to go
HEATHER RAYHORN STATESMAN JOURNAL | USA TODAY NETWORK
ost area Christmas tree farms open the day after Thanksgiving, ringing in
the Christmas season in the Willamette Valley with fields of you-cut trees,
seasonal treats and Christmas shops. Some even have wagon rides, Santa,
marshmallow roasting and other items for sale. Several farms that were in our list
last year declined to be mentioned this year even if they are still opening because
of fewer trees available, but others still have plenty of trees.

Extras: Hot apple cider, cookies and candy
