Eggs and CHeese.
As there Is no dish more appetizing
than salad for an afternoon luncheon,
the following recipe may be gladly
followed 'by girls when making up a
luncheon menu. Tak on rip. Juicy
orange; on large, ripe banana; on
mellow, yellow apple; cue mellow
pear; thr large, perfect fig; on
whit, crisp stalk of young celery; a
medium-sited pier of American
cheese (must be old and crumbling),
two hard boiled egg. Cut each Into
small fleces, grating th chees.
When all hsv been well mixed to
gether with wooden spoon In a
wooden bowl, pour over th whol th

tity of olive oil, a hit af mustard and
salt, which hav been beaten together
till thick. Put Into mason Jar, cover
