tha General Luwt of the 4911 Session,

tised real property became delinquent
on the Id day of April, 1912, and are
aubject to a penalty of 10 per rent and
Interest at the rate of 12 per rent per
annum until they ahull have been paid.
Any time after the expiration of etx
months after the taxes charged apainst

quent, the Sheriff is authorized to la
aue. to any one applying therefor, a
certificate cf delinquency upon pay
ment of the tuxes, penalty, interest and
cost of advert fhing.
Certificate cf delinquency shall bear
