Delinquent Tax List, 1911
Thla advertised list of delinquent
taxe for th year 1S11 U in pursuance
of an act of the Stat Legislature,
which in embodied In Chapter 275 of
the General Law of the llt Session.
The taxe on the following adver
tiaed real proert.v became delinquent
on th 2d day of April. 1912. and are
subject to a penalty of 10 per cent and
Interest at the rate of 1J per cent per
annum until they shall have been ald.
Anv time after the expiration of alx
months after the taxea chanted against
the following real property are delin
quent, the Sheriff la authorized to la
aue. to any one applying therefor, a
certificate of delinquency tiHin pay
ment of the taxes, penalty, interest aud
cost of advertising.
Certificate of delinquency shall bear
Interest from the date of Issuance until
redeemed at a nite uot exceeding 15
per cent per annum.
