Th! advertised list of delinquent
taxes for the year 1911 U In pursuance
of an act of the Slate Legislature,
which U embodied in Chapter 275 of
the General Law of the 1911 Session.
'llie taxes on the follow Iuk adver
tised real proerty became lelli)tiieiit
on the 2d day of April. 1912. and are
subject to a penalty of 10 per cent and
Interest at the rate of 12 per cent per
annum until they ahull hae been uld.
Any time after the expiration of ix
months after the taxes charged against
the following real property are delin
quent, the Sheriff la authorized to is
sue, to any one applying therefor, a
certificate of delinquency upou pay
ment of the taxes, penalty. Interest and
cost of advertising.
Certifirate of delinquency shall bear
Interest from the date of issuance until
redeemed at a rate not exceeding 15
per cent per annum.
