of Butterfield road:
On this day comes on for hearing
the petition of Albert R. Welch and
eighteen others praying for the
opening of the road known as the
Butterfield Road, as dedicated to
the public by the duly recorded plat
of Falls Park., and the court being
advised in the matter, it is ordered
by the court that the Supervisor of
' Road District be instructed to ex
amine said road and remove any ob
structions which may be placed
across same.
Matter of Petition of J. F. Roth,
et. al. for county road : On this day I
comes on for hearing the Petition of
J. F. Roth, et. al., for a county
road, and it appearing to the court,
that said proposed road would be
located partly within the limits of
an incorporated city, it is ordered
