May 9-10 June 6-7. The pro
gram will be as follows;
Thursday-Physiology, Geography,
History and Civil Government.
Friday-Grammar, Spelling, Arith
metic and Writing.
The sources of questions will be
the state textbooks, based upon the
outlines in the course of study.
Pupils are required to have done
at least, seven months work in each
the seventh and eighth grades to be
eligible to take the examination.
Teachers should send in the names
of pupils who are prepared to take
the examinations.

gon, was duly appointed administrator
of tbe estate of the said Patrick Hugt as,
deceased, and duly qualified as such ad
ministrator on or about the 9th day of
July, 1908,' and letters of adaijniHtration
were duly issued to bltn by order of the
County Court, of raid Columbia County,
Oregon, on said date, and thereupon he
proceeded to take possession of said per
sonal property of sejd estate and to ad
minister thereon in parauance of the
authority vested In him by lav and
eaid letters of administration; that said
administrator has paid all lawful claim
and demands of every kind and nature
whatsoever existing against said estate,
including tbe cos's and expeases of ad
ministration, and has fully administered
said estate and rendered his final ac
count to the said County Court, which
final account showed that he had con
verted into each all of eaid pcrroim
property which was not money, and
that there remains a residue in bin hands
after paying all claims against said
tate, of $100.16 82 and no other property
of any kind whatsoever; and thereupon
the said County Court, of Columbia
County, Oregon, made a final order ap
proving aaid final report of said admin
istrator and closing aaid estate, and di
recting that tbe administrator hold said
cash until disposition thereof sbo'ild be
made by a competent court, and that
aid administrator still has In bl pos
session the said sum of 1 10036 32, which
constitutes all of the property rema fl
ing and belonging to the said eMate of
Patrick Hughes, deceased.
That said administrator has mad due
inquiry for heirs of said Patrick Hughes
deceased, or other persons having any

been found who are or claim to be
