Managers and delegates of the
base-ball teams from St. Helena,
Ka'ama, Kelso, Cathlamet, Clats
kanie, and Rainier met here last
Sunday, March, 17th and organ
izpd the lower Columbia League.

Mr. Kirby then reported that
Kalama would be unable to enter
a team because of no grounds
The following resolutions were
then passed, that each team take
receipts of the game, when play
ing at home, and pay their own
expenses when away.
No player can leave his team
to tilay with another without giv
ing two weeks notice unless his
manager gives consent.
