Nufbauiiier for lienor license for Goble
Precinct:
On this !lth day of October, 1911,
comes on regularly for consideration by
Uu Court, the petition of W E Makin
ster and J Nussbaunier for a license to
sell spiritous, vinous and malt liquor
and fermented cider in less quantities
than one gallon , in Goble precinct, for'
period of one year;
And it eatinfactorily appearing lo tli
Court from proofs filed herein, that due
notice of the pendency of this proceed
ing ha been given by law required;
that petitioner has not been convicted
of wilfully selling or delivering spirit
ous, vinous, fermented or malt liquors to
a minor, or of wilfully allowing a minor
to loiUr in or about any place where
such liquors are sold or disposed of, and
that said petition contains the signa
tures of a majority of all the legal voie-s
of said precinct, who are actual residents
thereof, and who have actually resided
therein at least thirty days immediately
preceding the signing and presentation
of raid etition.
And the said petitioner having tiled
with the Clerk of this Court a bond duly
approved by the County Judge, and aho
having filed a duplicate receipt of the
County Treasarer in the sum of 400 00,
and the court being advised in the pre
mises, it is ordered by the court that
saiil petition be granted, and that
licenfe issue to said W E Makinster and
J Nussbaunier to sell spiritous, vinous
and malt liquors and fermented cider in
lees quantities than one gallon in Goble
precinct for a period of one year from
