This advertised list of delinquent
taxes for the year 1910 is in pur
suance of an act of the State Legis
lature, which it embodied in Chap
ter 275 of the GENERAL LAWS
OF THE 1911 SESSION.
The taxes on the following ad
vertised real property became delin
quent on th Fourth day of April,
1911, and are subject to a penalty
of 10 per cent and interest at the
rate of 12 per cent per annum until
thev shall have been paid.
Any day after the expiration of
ix months after the taxes charged
against the following real property
are delinquent, the Sheriff is author
ized to issue, to any one applying
theretor, a certificate ot delinquency
upon payment of the taxes, penalty,
. interest and cost of advertising.
Certificates of delinquency shall
bear interest from the date of is
suance until redeemed at a rate not
exceeding 15 per cent per annum.
